Full payment is required before order processing and delivery scheduling
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Once freight scheduling has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Customers must inspect the container at the time of delivery. Once the container is accepted and unloaded, it is considered delivered in satisfactory condition.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are not automatically accepted and require prior written approval. Shipping costs, restocking fees, and eligibility requirements apply as outlined in that policy.
