At Containers Plus Inc, we specialize in the sale and delivery of heavy-duty shipping containers and industrial equipment. Due to the specialized logistics involved in transporting these items, our return and refund procedures differ from standard retail goods. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms below.
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the request within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The container must be in the exact condition in which it was delivered.
Exclusions: Products that have been modified (painted, cut, or structurally altered), used for storage, or relocated from the original drop-off point are ineligible for return.
Approval: All returns require prior written authorization from Containers Plus Inc.

Your Order Number.
Photos of the container’s current condition and location.
The reason for the return request.
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and freight. Since containers require specialized hauling, we can assist in getting a quote, but the financial responsibility lies with the customer.
Original Delivery Charges: Initial shipping and delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: A flat 15% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns. This fee is deducted from your final refund total to cover inspection and logistical processing.
We stand by the quality of our inventory. If you receive a container that is significantly different from the grade ordered or has undisclosed structural damage:
Reporting: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Documentation: Please take clear photos of the damage before the driver leaves your site if possible.
Resolution: If we verify an error or undisclosed damage, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Once the returned container is picked up, inspected, and verified to be in its original condition:
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Method: Credits will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Cosmetic wear (surface rust, minor dents, or faded paint) that is consistent with the “Used” or “Cargo-Worthy” grade purchased.
Delivery failures caused by inadequate site clearance or “unshippable” ground conditions not disclosed by the customer.
Change of mind after the container has been unloaded and accepted.
