We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the specialized nature and immense cost of moving heavy shipping containers, our return policy differs between containers and accessories.
Containers are Final Sale: All new and used shipping containers are considered final sale once they leave the depot. This is due to the extreme logistics and expense of return freight.
Exception for Damage: The only exception to our final sale policy is for containers that are severely damaged upon initial delivery. You must note this damage on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves the premises.
If you accept a damaged container, you assume responsibility. If you reject the delivery due to damage, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Customer-Paid Return Freight: If a container return is approved (only in extremely rare, specific circumstances), you must pay the return freight cost back to the originating depot. This is a significant cost, which is why we highly discourage and limit container returns.
30-Day Return Window: We gladly accept returns on unused container accessories (locks, shelving, ramps, etc.) within 30 days of your original delivery date.
Condition: Accessories must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Refund: Once the accessories are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.
