Our Simple Shipping Process (It's Freight, Not Mail!)

1. Shipping Areas and Methods

Containers Plus Inc provides professional delivery services across the United States. We utilize specialized tilt-bed trailers and flatbed trucks to ensure your container is placed exactly where you need it.

2. Handling and Transit Times

We strive to get your equipment to you as quickly as possible. Our estimated timelines are as follows:

• Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Order processing, yard selection, and inspection).

• Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Depending on your distance from our nearest distribution hub).

• Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days.

Note: Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We will contact you 24 hours before arrival to confirm the delivery window.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the distance from our inventory hubs to your delivery zip code.

• Flat Rate Shipping: Some items may qualify for flat-rate delivery, which will be clearly displayed in your cart.

• Calculated Shipping: For most containers, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping on select units or bulk orders. If applicable, this will be noted on the product page.

4. Delivery Requirements (Site Preparation)

To ensure a successful delivery, the customer is responsible for the following:

• Space: A 40ft container requires approximately 100ft of straight-line clearance for a tilt-bed truck to drop the unit.

• Surface: The ground must be firm, level, and capable of supporting the weight of the truck and the container (avoid soft mud or steep inclines).

• Access: Ensure there are no low-hanging wires, tree branches, or gate restrictions that would prevent a large truck from entering.

5. Delivery Attempts and Re-Delivery

If our driver arrives and cannot safely offload the container due to inadequate site preparation or lack of access:

• A re-delivery fee may apply.

• If the order is canceled while the truck is in transit or at the site, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Our dispatch team will provide a direct phone number for your driver or a tracking link (where available) so you can coordinate the exact drop-off time.

7. Missing or Damaged Shipments

While rare, if a container is damaged during transit:

• Please document the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.

• Contact us immediately at info@containersplusinc.com with photos of the issue.
