Our Simple Shipping Process (It's Freight, Not Mail!)

Containers Plus Inc ships products within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer flat-rate freight shipping for eligible products.

• Flat Shipping Fee: $450 per order

• Shipping charges are clearly disclosed at checkout and apply to standard freight delivery within the contiguous United States.

• This fee covers standard delivery only and does not include special access requirements such as cranes, permits, site preparation, or re-delivery fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery Methods and Timeframes

• Handling time refers to the internal processing period required to prepare and schedule your order for shipment after payment confirmation.

• Transit time refers to carrier travel time once the shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier availability, weather conditions, or delivery site access.

4. Shipping Process

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Once shipped, customers will receive an email notification with tracking information and carrier details.

• Deliveries are conducted Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• For large containers or equipment, a scheduled freight delivery appointment may be required to ensure safe unloading.

5. Delivery Requirements and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Clear and accessible delivery conditions

• Adequate space for freight unloading

• Compliance with local zoning laws or permit requirements

Delivery delays or failed delivery attempts due to site conditions may result in additional charges.
